It’s a small circuit board with 2 little lights.
It looks like a mysterious spooky creature staring at you out of the dark.

I figure if everyone in the neighborhood has some of them, it will be like the whole place is infested with these creatures and scare the crap out of the trick-or-treaters.

It works on Double-A batteries, and Triple-A batteries will work if you bend the battery contacts a bit. (even works on dead batteries)
