Description

This is a 100ah Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LiFePo4) Cell for DIY battery assemblies.

Commonly used for industrial electric vehicles and mobile solar energy storage.

These are A-grade cells, load tested and balanced at the factory.

guaranteed capacity is at least 100 amp-hours and internal resistance less than 1 milliohm.

Typically, 4 of these cells will be wired in series with a Battery Management System board (BMS) to create a 12 volt battery, 8 cells for a 24v battery, or 16 cells for a 48v battery (with a suitable BMS)

Stainless Steel M10 threaded stud terminals make it durable and easy to assemble.

The plastic frame protects the terminals from short-circuiting and helps organize the connections.

It is very important to use a BMS to manage these cells!

LiFePO4 cells are easily damaged by over charging, over discharging, over/under temperature, and especially low temperature charging.

Use a BMS that monitors each cell individually and has a low-temperature cutoff.

Balancing: These cells are balanced from the factory (per shipment).

We have tested this claim and found that they will reliably charge all the way up to 3.500v per cell in a 4,8, or 16 cell pack before any one cell exceeds 3.650v .

In other words, we were able to charge every pack to 99.99% capacity without a manual balancing procedure.

  • Save the original packaging!
  • Cells are warranted for defects in manufacturing and materials for 1 year from the delivery date.
  • No warranty is given for damage due to misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Returns for any other reason will be accepted for 30 days from the delivery date, with a 10% restocking fee.
  • Cells must be packaged securely in the original packaging only.
  • Shipping battery cells in inadequate packaging is extremely dangerous.

    I don’t normally leave reviews for product I purchase, but the one really deserved some attention.
    I recently purchase 8 of these cell with a BMS to build a 8s-24 volt battery for my inverter. it was put to the test this week when hurricane Zeta hit the south east united states and we lost power for a day .my battery ran my refrigerator ,coffee maker, 2 television an air fryer for 20 mins ,lights , from 6.45 am to 4.20 pm that day. I am very impressed with the longevity of these cells. The only flaw I see with it is I need more batteries.

    Ordered eight 100ah Overkill batteries to put in a 2p4s, 200ah 12v pack and I love them. After assembling them (two in parallel, then four in series) and running them through a shunt they were top balanced within .0004Vdc and good for 216ah on the capacity test. I’m a novice when it comes to LiFePo4 batteries, and when I reached out for support Steve and his staff gave me quick and accurate answers to help me get the most out of these batteries. Very happy with my order, thanks guys.

    I purchased 20 100ah cells and a 12V BMS as well as a 48V BMS. All cells were top balanced and had closely matched internal resistance. The Customer service is the best in the business. The documentation was accurate on all counts and they were very responsive to all of my questions.
